If you are reading this, likely you’ve stumbled upon my little slice of the internet. Either that or something has gone terribly awry. If that is the case, I do apologize. But please, sit down, have a cup of coffee and look around for a while. I intend for this blog to be a place where I document all the random hi-jinks I get up to, from D&D Dice Rolling Simulators, to EV Charging Grid Simulations (Coming Soon), to dumber stuff like VR Lighthouse Tracking woes.
A little about me: I was a mechanical engineer, and a good one if I do say so myself. But I eventually got jaded with mechanical life and decided to try my hand at software dev work and found I really liked the tighter feedback loop compared to machining/3D printing parts. I have stumbled my way into the field of embedded engineering and life is going pretty swell now. My day-to-day involves Rust and C/C++ development, often times at or near the edge of the kernel/userspace divide. I tend to hop between the two regularly.
I have a set of hobbies that include photography, espresso, playing the piano, and entertaining.
That’s it for now. See you later!
